Welcome to my website – a space for sharing and inspiration.
This website was created as a place to share what I have been working on for a long time – approaches and tools that promote social inclusion and self-determination for people with disabilities.
In the library of documents you will find materials I have contributed to – methodologies, analyses and other professional texts focused on the transformation of social services, decision support, quality in social services, individual planning, etc. I will continuously expand the library with new publications and resources.
Under this Blog tab, I will keep you updated on what I am working on, what I consider to be the key challenges in the field of social services, and what I am working on.
You will also find an overview accredited and other courses I teach, and information about consultations. My aim is to pass on practical experience so that it becomes a useful tool for those who support people with disabilities in their journey towards a more independent life.
All my work is based on the principles of the concept of Person Centered Planning. Over time, I have learned that person-centred approaches are really effective – they help disadvantaged people to live a life of their own making, with as much autonomy as possible, and with a natural background and positive relationships in the community.
I’d love to have you back – whether you’re looking for professional information, educational opportunities, inspiration for your own practice or collaboration.
