Every plan must include a goal so that it is clear where we want to get to. An individual plan in social work or service is no exception. A poorly designed goal can undo our otherwise good work; a good goal can fundamentally shift a person’s difficult situation for the better. Finding and formulating good goals in individual plans can be made easier with tools to guide our thinking. In the course you will get to know these aids and learn how to use them.
The course is designed especially for key workers and social workers who are involved in individual planning or would like to start doing so.

The course is held in full-time form in the scope of 8 teaching hours in one day.
