In education, in recent years I have been working with Inclusion international, Inclusion Europe and the Olomouc Higher Vocational School CARITAS.
Inclusion EuropeA: I provide training on deinstitutionalisation, person-centred approaches for families of people with intellectual disabilities, helping professionals and self-advocates for a pan-European umbrella organisation of parents of people with intellectual disabilities.
Inclusion InternationalA: For an international organization of parents of people with intellectual disabilities, I am preparing training for their project “Closing Institutions in Jordan”.
CARITAS – Higher Vocational School of Social Work OlomoucA: I started cooperating with CARITAS in the project Development of social services procurement processes in the Olomouc Region, when I prepared and lectured educational events. Now I continue e.g. with the Human Centered Planning course.
I worked as an external lecturer at ETF UK for the subject of social services. I am involved in community planning in the same role at FHS UK.
With everything revolving around individual planning, needs mapping, social inclusion, quality in social services, service transformation and deinstitutionalization, community planning, community work, case management and case work, etc. If you’re interested in what topics I cover, check out Library.
